BEEHIVE Localization was founded in 2006 in Los Angeles, California, under the leadership of Svetlana Uleva. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, her expertise has been instrumental in shaping our path. What started as a small group of language enthusiasts has evolved into a proficient translation and localization team located in the Americas and Europe.

2006

Svetlana's journey from a freelance translator to a successful entrepreneur began with her passion for languages and a strong foundation in intercultural communication. After earning her degree in translation, she started small, gaining a solid reputation by delivering high-quality work across various industries.

2008

Svetlana dedicated herself to growing her professional skills as an interpreter in various clinics and legal settings across Los Angeles. She provided her services to USCIS applicants and petitioners, Workers' Compensation program participants, media and entertainment companies, law firms, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, helping to facilitate communication between clients and professionals from different backgrounds.

2015

As her business grew, she expanded her services by collaborating with other translators and eventually established her own translation and localization company.

2019

By leveraging technology and focusing on continuous learning, Svetlana created a reliable, thriving enterprise recognized for excellence, aspiring linguists worldwide with her story of hard work and determination.
